American Express has tied for the top spot in the 2024 U.S. Credit Card Mobile App Satisfaction Study by J.D. Power, with a rating of 675 points out of 1,000. The app’s main dashboard allows you to swipe through your Amex credit cards, view balances, and recent activity. Key features include:
